Center for Therapeutic Antibody Engineering
The Marasco Lab founded the National Foundation of Cancer Research (NFCR) Center for Therapeutic Antibody Engineering (CTAE) at DFCI. The CTAE laboratory works with cancer investigators around the globe to develop new human antibody therapies for treatment of cancer. The CTAE facilitates a broad range of discovery and translational research in cancer that would not be possible for a single laboratory.
Center for Human Antibody Therapeutics (CHAT) at the Harvard Stem Cell Institute
CHAT was established in response to the great need for a comprehensive discovery and clinical development program for human antibodies within HSCI and the broader Harvard community.
Center for Humanized Mouse Program
The Marasco Lab also conducts research the development of humanized mice to study adult stem cell differentiation and their applications for regenerative medicine under the Humanized Mouse Services at Harvard University Center for AIDS Research (CFAR) Core H: Site B.
The Humanized mouse program is now open to the research community at large. To learn more about what we have to offer and how we can help bring your research to the next level, please visit www.humouse.org.
Humanized Neonatal Mouse Center (HNMC) at the Harvard Stem Cell Institute
The HNMC was created to accelerate research in the stem cell field by providing humanized mouse models to study human stem cell engraftment and differentiation in regenerative medicine.
