Location

The Marasco Lab is located at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) in the Longwood Medical Area of Boston, Massachusetts. DFCI has pioneered cancer research since it was founded in 1947 and is the principal teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School. DFCI is one of the top independent hospitals receiving grant funding from the National Cancer Institute and National Institutes of Health.

DFCI is a founding member of the Center for AIDS Research at Harvard University and one of 20 federally designated Centers for AIDS Research. It is also a founding member of the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center (DF/HCC), one of 40 NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers in the United States.

The Marasco Laboratory is located in Boston’s Longwood Medical and Academic Area, adjacent to Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Children’s Hospital Boston, and the Joslin Diabetes Center.
